- programmes are run with our partners (boats, farms, workshops, instructors, hosts)..; each programme page shows the group size, place, who it suits and the extra..
- once dates and places are confirmed, booking opens on ekstrapazar, where purchase, payment and invoicing take place..
- before you take part, the running order, time, meeting point and what to bring are shared with you in writing..
cancellations and changes
- if you cancel..: the cancellation and refund terms are on each programme's sales page on ekstrapazar, so you can read them before you buy..
- if we cancel..: if a programme can't go ahead because of weather, sea conditions or safety, we offer you another date..; if you'd rather not, your payment is refunded..
- small changes that don't alter the programme (such as the meeting time) are announced in advance..
safety and health
- for physical programmes (rowing, archery, horse riding, long walks) we ask for a short health and risk statement before you take part..; any age limit or required skill (such as swimming) is on the programme page..
- equipment and the safety briefing come from our partner..; following the instructor's safety instructions is a condition of taking part..
- you can take a break whenever you don't feel well..; no one is pushed..
together
- respect for the other guests..; no one's wealth, status or appearance is a topic of conversation..
- no photos or videos are shared without permission, and images of children are never shared..
- a gathering is never turned into a sales meeting..; meeting people is welcome, pressure is not..
- to protect the other guests, we may ask a guest who doesn't follow the programme's rules not to continue..
photos and recordings
photos taken at programmes are published on the site or social media only with the consent of everyone whose face is visible..; you can withdraw your consent at any time..
